The alluvial gold washing plant is engineered to efficiently extract gold from alluvial deposits, where gold particles are typically found in riverbeds or sediment. The process begins with the collection of raw material, which is then fed into a washing system that utilizes water and mechanical agitation to separate gold from other materials based on density. Key equipment includes trommel screens, vibrating screens for initial separation, sluice boxes for capturing heavier gold particles, and shaking table, centrifugal concentrators for enhanced recovery. Additionally, high-frequency screens and hydrocyclones may be employed to further classify and refine the material. This method not only maximizes gold yield but also minimizes environmental impact, making it a sustainable choice for gold miners seeking to optimize their operations.
Alluvial Gold Washing Plant Without Sticky Clay
Ore: Alluvial gold without sticky clay
This is a complete 50-70TPH Alluvial Gold washing & recovery plant, configured with 1 set Trommel Screen, 1 set Gold Centrifugal Concentrator, 2 sets Gold Sluice Box, 1 set Shaking Table and Gold Melting Furnace.
Process:
1. Firstly, use a loader feed raw ores to Trommel Screen, it has two functions: Washing & Screening, can wash the raw ores in order to liberate the gold thoroughly, it has two layers for the screening part, with mesh size 5mm and 20mm. (mesh size can be customized)
2. Over-screen material +20mm convey away to a waste stock pile.
3. Middle size 5-20mm flow to 1st gold sluice box for capturing gold nuggets & big-grained gold.
4. Under-screen 0-5mm pump into Gold Centrifugal Concentrator for 0-5mm fine gold recovery.
5. The concentrate from Gold Centrifugal feed to Shaking Table for further concentration, and the tailing from Gold Centrifugal flow into 2nd Sluice Box in order to catch more gold.
The capacity for this gold washing plant can be customized as per request such as 20tph, 100tph, 150tph, etc.
