JXSC Small and Portable gold wash plant with trommel is a more flexible and cheaper gold washing solution, it can fully Customizable & moveable. This small machine can equip with the sluice box, gold centrifugal concentrator, shaker table, gold trommel, and other washer like sand washing machine. Also, vibrating feeders, vibrating screen, pumps, and other portable mining equipment can followed according to different conditions.

This is a piece of common suite equipment for small scale gold mining with scalability and flexibility. 

Clay Processing System
1. Customized capacity and strong power scrubbing, large capacity can reach 200-250tons per hour. 
2. Long washing drum of the scrubber retains material for longer, more vigorous washing for complete separation. 
3. One high output electrical motor driving a rubber wheel system providing efficient torque. 
4. Rotation speed can be adjusted by advanced reducer. 
5. The water with highpressure flushed the inwall of drum.

Screening System
Drum screen/rolling cylinder drum sieve is designed for processing minerals, mainly for alluvial/placer gold ore washing & screening, it's consist of a half covered trommel screen, one diesel engine/ electric motor, water pump & water pipes, and other facilities such as the feeding hopper and the mobile system. 

Gold Centrifugal Concentrator
Our Gold Centrifuge is an efficient equipment for recovering free gold in all particle size ranges, specially for recovery of fine gold which is lost during the operation of the gravitational concentrators (sluice boxes and jigs). It can be used not only for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation, and recover gold from the tailings.
