The classifier is widely used in a closed-circuit circulation process with a ball mill in a beneficiation plant to divide ore, orin a gravity beneficiation plant to classify ore and fine mud, and to classify ore pulp in a metal beneficiation process, and for ore washing operations. Desliming, dehydration and other operations.

 

Working Principle

 

 

Spiral classifier is by means of solid particles of different sizes, the proportion of different, thus settling velocity in liquids of different principles, fine mineral particles floating in the water to overflow out of coarse mineral particles sink to the bottom.
