Introduction for tin ore beneficiation method:
Tin ore divide into alluvial tin ore and rock tin ore.
1) The beneficiation method for alluvial tin ore contain washing and gravity separation which is physical separation process,dont contain any chemical process. so our beneficiation is very eco-friendly and healthy to workers, the most important is high efficiency.
2) The beneficiation method for rock tin ore contain crushing, screening and gravity separation which is also physical separation process, dont contain any chemical process. High efficient and eco-friendly.

(1) 50TPH Mixture of Alluvial Tin and Rock Tin Ore Processing Plant Layout Drawing:
This whole setup is 50TPH Mixture of Alluvial Tin and Rock Tin Ore Processing Plant, it's configured with feeder, trommel scrubber, belt conveyor, jaw crusher, hammer crusher, jig separator, shaking table and 3pcs dry magnetic separator.
This plant was designed according to below raw ore information:
1. the proportion of alluvial tin ore in raw material is 60% and rock tin ore is 40%
2. tin particle size in alluvial material is 0-20mm;
3. tin particle size in rock ore is 0-2mm, so the rock ore just need be crushed to 2mm for releasing inside tin.
4. the processing capacity for the whole setup is 50 tons per hour.
5. alluvial tin ore contain much sticky clay ore, so need use trommel scrubber washer for washing off clay firstly.
This project is located in Zambia.
This plant is suitable for mixture of alluvial tin&rock tin ore in one same mining area,especially for sticky clay ore,it has very good beneficiation effect.

This whole setup is 120TPH Alluvial Tin Ore Processing Plant, it's configured with feeder, trommel screen, belt conveyor, slurry pump, distribution tank, jig separator, shaking table and 3pcs dry magnetic separator.
This plant is suitable for non sticky clay ore.
