Flowchat Description

 

This Flowchart is designed for Processing 1-2TPH Molybdenum Iron Slag for recovery iron and Molybdenum metals from slag. We provided a complete set of plant machines for our Taiwan customers. including feeding hopper, electromagnetic vibration feeder, belt conveyor, ball mill, steel balls, shaking table, etc.,

 

The vibration feeder is for feeding material smoothly and evenly to the ball mill, so as can grind high effectively. Ball mill is for grinding slag (0-20mm) to 0-1mm or smaller size depending on customer requirement. Then output small fine powder go to shaking table for recovery the metals from slag. The shaking table has an extremely high recovery ratio for recovery heavy metals from slag. Then will get metal concentrate from the shaking table.

 

The slag is a very hard material and contains a lot of oil. So has a high requirement for the grinding machine and belt conveyor, the belt conveyor needs to be Nylon material, oil, and solvent resistant. Ball Mill needs more thick lining plates for wear-resistant. some customers also will use rod mills to grind slag.

 

The flowchart can be customized design according to slag material condition, the requirement for the final product, and process capacity.

 

200TPH Iron Rock Ore Processing Plant

This This is a 200t/h iron rock ore processing plant, complete plant is configured with the below machines: vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, belt conveyor, cone crusher, double roll crusher, vibrating screen, dry magnetic separators.

 

Raw ore information as below:

1. Iron rock ore, magnetite Fe3O4

2. Rock need to be crushed to 6mm for releasing inside the iron

3. Processing capacity: 200tph

4. Require for dry process

 

 

 

Flowchart explanation:

1. Dump truck feeds raw ore to the hopper, then to vibrating feeder.

2. Vibrating feeder evenly feeds jaw crusher. jaw crusher crush big rock to medium size 50-100mm.

3. Jaw crusher output is sent to cone crusher via belt conveyor.

4. Cone crusher crush rock to 30mm.

5. Cone crusher output is sent to 1st vibrating screen via belt conveyor. the vibrating screen is set 1 layer screen with 30mm mesh size.

6. Over screen +30mm is back to cone crusher for re-crushing via belt conveyor.

7. Under screen -30mm are sent to double roll crusher via belt conveyor. double roll crusher crush ore to 6mm.

8. Double roll crusher output is sent to 2nd vibrating screen. this vibrating screen is set 1 layer screen with 6mm mesh size.

9. Over screen +6mm is back to double roll crusher for reprocessing.

10. Under screen -6mm are sent to transit fine ore bin.

11. Use 8 belt conveyors from fine ore bin to feed 8 dry magnetic separators. magnetic separator concentrating iron.

12. Iron concentrate and tailing are sent to stockpile by belt conveyors.

This setup is for the iron ore process, the size range of the iron ore is 0-230mm, main machines as below: Hopper + vibration feeder(with grizzly bar)>jaw crusher>spiral washing machine>belt conveyor>fine jaw crusher>belt conveyor>vibration screen>belt conveyor>hopper+feeder>belt conveyor>ball mill>spiral classifier>magnetic separator.

 

1. The Hopper+vibration feeder(with grizzly bar) for feeding materials to the jaw crusher automatically, and sieve the size

0-50mm to the spiral washing machine. you only need to load the materials to the hopper by truck or excavator or else as you want.

2. The jaw crusher is for crushing the iron ore 50-230mm, then to the fine jaw crusher; 3. The spiral washing machine is for

washing the size 0-50mm then to the fina jaw crusher; 4. The fine jaw crusher is for crushing the iron ore to 0-20mm then to the

ball mill; 5. The vibration screen is separating the size 0-20mm to the ball mill, +20mm back to the fine jaw crusher; 6. The

hopper+feeder is for feeding the materials to the ball mill more smoothly; 7. The ball mill and spiral classifier is for grinding

the iron ore and making sure the size of the final product to 0-0.074mm; 8. The magnetic separator is for separating the iron

concentrate; 9. The capacity for these plants can be customized as per request such as 10tph, 50tph,100tph, etc. notes: if the

materials are not much sticky, will not need the spiral washing machine, and the quantiy of the machines just for your reference,

will depend on your capacity.
