Introduction of mobile jig trommel unit
Mobile jig trommel unit consist of jig separator and trommel machine. The trommel machine has trommel screen and trommel scrubber. If raw materials contain much sticky clay,recommend using trommel scrubber; if raw materials dont have sticky clay, just use trommel screen.
Jig trommel unit can be made mobile type or stationary type as per customer's requirement.
Jig trommel unit is all-in-one machine, the trommel is put on the jig machine, so its processing capacity cant be too big, if too big capacity, the jig machine cant bear the weight of big model trommel machine.Usually customize 1-20tph capacity. If customer want bigger 20tph capacity,we dont recommend this type all-in-one machine.
Jig trommel unit has a wide application area, it is suitable for processing alluvial gold ore, diamond ore, tin ore, coltan ore, tungsten ore and so on.
Jig trommel unit is a very flexible machine, easily move and can customize the capacity, machine size, mobile wheels, machine color as per your customer's request.
