Application

Process Flow (5 Steps):

1. Loader feeds raw ore into Trommel Screen (washing + dual-layer screening: 5mm & 20mm mesh) 
2. +20mm oversized rock → conveyed to waste pile

3. 5–20mm mid-size material → Sluice Box #1 (captures gold nuggets & coarse gold)

4. 0–5mm fine material → Gold Centrifugal Concentrator (captures fine gold ≥0.074mm) 
5. Concentrate from centrifugal → Shaking Table for final upgrade → Gold Melting Furnace

Process Flow: 
1. Truck unloads ore into hopper → Vibrating Feeder grizzly removes +50mm waste 
2. 0–50mm feeds into Trommel Scrubber → High-pressure water guns pre-wash clay 
3. Washed material → HF Screen #1 (6mm mesh): 0–6mm → 4 sets Sluice Boxes 
4. 6–50mm → HF Screen #2 (12mm mesh): 6–12mm → 1 Sluice Box; +12mm → waste 
5. Tailing of 5 sluice boxes → 3 more Sluice Boxes for further recovery 
6. Final concentrate → Shaking Table → Gold Furnace

Specially engineered for sticky clay ores. Unlike standard trommel screens, the scrubber uses high-pressure water 
nozzles + rotating drum action to fully break clay lumps and liberate encapsulated gold particles.

2. High-Frequency Vibration Screen — The Precision Sorter
