Alluvial Gold Washing Plant with Sticky Clay

This advanced 250TPH alluvial gold washing plant is specifically designed to process placer gold in ores containing sticky clay. The raw material ranges from 0-300mm, with gold particle sizes between 0-12mm. The setup includes a hopper, vibrating feeder, trommel scrubber, high-frequency vibration screen, belt conveyor, and sluice boxes. The process begins with the truck unloading the ore into the hopper, from which it is directed into the vibrating feeder. The feeder utilizes a grizzly bar to separate oversize materials greater than 50mm, which are then conveyed to a stockpile. The remaining ore, less than 50mm, is fed into the trommel scrubber for thorough washing. The washed materials are then sent to the first high-frequency vibration screen featuring a 6mm mesh. Particles sized 0-6mm pass through the mesh and flow into four sluice boxes for gold recovery, while materials sized 6-50mm are routed to the next vibrating screen. Here, the 6-12mm fraction is directed into a fifth sluice box, while larger particles over 12mm are transferred to another stockpile via conveyor. The tailings from the five sluice boxes are then processed through an additional three sluice boxes to maximize gold recovery. This setup efficiently captures most gold particles, and operators can adjust mesh sizes to recover various gold nugget sizes. The plant's capacity can be customized to accommodate 5 to 300 tons per hour, depending on operational needs.
