The sand washing machine is washing equipment for artificial sand or natural sand. The bucket wheel sand washing machine cleans and separates stone powder and dust to improve the sand quality. The machine has a peculiarity of washing sand clean, reasonable structure design, high and yields.

 

The drive part segregates from water and sand which makes the malfunction less than the commons. JXSC wheel sand washing equipment is made of special manufacturing materials, that can anti-wear, anti-corrosion, can normal working in any bad environment. And also can use more time. Working Principle

When sand washer works, the power plant drives the impeller to slowly rotate after slowing down through the Vshaped belt, reducer and gear, and sand and stone materials go into the washing chute from the material cabin, and roll driven by the impeller and grind with each other to remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and stone materials, and at the same time break the moisture layer coated on the sand particles for the purpose of dehydration. In the meantime, add water in it to form a strong water flow to timely wash away the impurities and foreign matters with small proportion and discharge them from the overflow port to complete the washing process.

The sand washing plant is composed of jaw crusher, sand making machine, sand washing machine, and belt conveyor. Its technology is that the stone materials are uniformly sent to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for crushing. Then the primary crushing material sent to the sand crusher machine by belt conveyors for further crushing. The finely crushed material is sent to the vibrating screen for screening. The material meets the requirements of the finished product size is sent to the sand machine for cleaning. The finished product is exported by the conveyor belt.
