The 6S Shaking Table is a specialized gravity separation device widely used in the mining and mineral processing industry to separate valuable minerals from gangue based on differences in particle density. It is an advanced shaking tables, offering higher efficiency, better control, and improved recovery rates for fine-grained materials such as gold, tin, tungsten, and other heavy minerals.

Structure of 6S Shaking Table

The 6S Shaking Table consists of key components working together for efficient mineral separation:

1. Deck – Fiberglass/rubber surface with diagonal riffles to trap heavy minerals.

2. Riffles – Grooves that separate dense particles from lighter waste.

3. Drive Mechanism – Motor-powered eccentric crank (1.1–1.5 kW) with adjustable stroke (8–22mm) and speed (200–300 RPM).

4. Support Frame – Steel base providing stability and tilt adjustment (1°–5°). 

5. Water System – Spray bars wash away light particles while retaining heavy minerals.

6. Discharge Zones – Separate concentrates, middlings, and tailings.

7. Control Panel – Adjusts motor speed and shaking parameters. This robust design ensures high recovery of fine gold, tin, and tungsten with low maintenance.
